Additional email options have been added to Business Central.
Previously a single email account was used to send all documentation from, but now, several options have been added so that, for example, you can specify that all users send sales documents from one email account, and purchase documents from a different one.
A new feature has been added to Business Central where you can set up to be emailed notifications on changes made to selected fields.
Yes, you could utilise the standard audit log to track changes to fields within the system but this added feature allows you to know about it as soon as it has happened.
There is a mapping function in Business Central that will pop out a map showing the location or directions to the locations. This will be for address records such as customers, vendors and locations. The map can be run from either the desktop version of the application or the mobile application.
