Summary

Wave 2 2020 adds a new feature to Marketing allowing you to build segments using “natural language”.

For example, instead of building a segment by choosing the fields you want to filter on and then saying what you want the filter to be, you just simply type something like:

“Active contacts in Manchester and have an email”

The system would then auto create the 3 field filters required. This is a big improvement in speeding up and simplifying the marketing process

If you are on Dynamics 365 Marketing the cloud you will get these changes with 2020 Wave 2.
