Navigating your way through Sage 200 might often feel alike to dealing with a spaghetti junction; imagine having to navigate that junction without a sat-nav or map.
Sage 200 can have several steps that need following in a certain sequence to progress with processing your transaction, so it might be useful for you to have a map to guide you through these steps to help you in the right direction.
How do I do this?
In each Sage 200 module there is a map to help you navigate through it, called a process map.
Although they have changed in appearance over years, process maps have been present in many versions and have proven to be useful to many users.
The process maps work from left to right, and each of the steps are clickable buttons which can make processing quick and easy; an example below is one of the more complex process maps, in Sales Order Processing:
You can find these process maps in each module within Sage 200, usually fairly near the top of the main menu within the module, as can be seen above.
